Prometheus is the strength, nutrition and sleep coaching system I built and run on myself. I'm opening it to 35 men within 20 miles of Menomonee Falls to test it against real lives real jobs, real families, real schedules. Free for this first cohort. The price is your data and your honesty.
Don't want to wait for the video? Everything's below.
The bigger vision is an in-person community of men growing across every domain of life body, mind, work, family, faith together and in the same room. Not another group chat. Men who show up, hold a standard, and sharpen each other.
Physical training is where it starts, because the body is the most honest domain there is. You lifted the weight or you didn't. You slept seven hours or you didn't. The data doesn't care how you felt about it and that honesty is exactly what makes it the right foundation to build everything else on.
Prometheus is the training system I built for myself: block-based programming where intensity is earned through consistency instead of scheduled by the calendar; nutrition and sleep treated as training variables, not afterthoughts; and every adjustment driven by what you actually logged, not what you meant to do.
It works on me. This beta is how I find out whether it works on someone who isn't me and what has to change so that it does. You get the coaching. I get the truth. Then we build the next thing on top of it.
"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." Proverbs 27:17
Not a PDF. Not a template. A system with a coach on the other end of it, adjusting every week from what you actually did.
A program built for your availability, equipment, goals and starting point then adjusted every week from what you log. Intensity is earned through consistency, not scheduled by a calendar.
You log; I read it. Training logs get comments, questions and corrections daily not a summary at the end of the month.
A 30-minute virtual call every week to review the data, talk through what's working and what isn't, and adjust the plan.
Energy first, protein second, timing third. Concrete targets and menus you can actually follow not a diet you'll quit in week three.
Sleep is the primary recovery tool. We'll set a schedule, fix the habits wrecking it, and track whether it's actually improving.
Availability, circumstances, goals, needs, injuries, equipment. All of it goes in before anything comes out.
A private space with the other beta members, plus the reference library the whole program is built on.
At least one in-person training session with the group during the 12 weeks. This is the part that becomes the community.
Nothing, for this first cohort no fee and no pitch waiting at the end. The price is your data and your honest feedback. If you see gains and I expect you will I'll ask for a testimonial, review, or case study I can use to build the next version. Anonymous if you prefer.
A beta with half the data is worth nothing to you or to me. Here's the commitment. Read it honestly before you apply.
Four outcomes. We define the targets in onboarding and measure them at both ends. Numbers, not vibes.
Strength, conditioning, body composition, energy we pick the targets together, benchmark them at week 0, and re-test at week 12 the same way.
Training and recovery integrated into your actual lifestyle in a way you can sustain after the 12 weeks are over and I'm not in your inbox every day.
Not perfect. Better, measurably, and understood well enough that you can keep it going on your own.
Energy, mood, resilience, how you carry yourself through a hard week. The stuff your wife notices before you do.
One-hour interview and setup. Health screen, history, goals, schedule, equipment. Baseline benchmarks.
Build the logging habit, dial in sleep and eating, establish consistency. Intensity stays modest until adherence earns it.
Progressive loading, weekly adjustments from the data, the in-person meetup(s), the community running.
Same benchmarks, side by side. A debrief call and a written summary of your before and after.
No guarantees. This is a test, and I'll tell you plainly what did and didn't work. Rule #1 is that you don't get injured every other goal comes after that one.
No. Home gym, commercial gym, or a pair of dumbbells and a road the program is built around what you actually have. Equipment is part of onboarding.
Both are fine. Individualization is the whole point: your starting point sets the program, not the other way around. A beginner and a 10-year lifter will get very different plans from the same system.
Training logs, food logs, sleep (from a wearable or self-reported), bodyweight, the benchmark tests, and any exports from a watch or app you already use. Only what you have a wearable is helpful but not required.
Log the miss. Adherence is the metric that drives the plan, and an honest 70% teaches me more than a fake 100%. Missing isn't the failure hiding it is.
Training sessions are sized to your availability (set in onboarding), plus 510 minutes a day of logging, the 30-minute weekly call, and the in-person meetup(s). We'll set the exact dose from your real schedule, not an ideal one.
Because it's a test. Right now I need real outcomes and honest feedback more than I need your money. Cohort 1 pays with data and, if it works, a testimonial.
No. Read the disclaimer below before you apply it matters.
I'm not a doctor, physical therapist, dietitian, or certified personal trainer, and nothing on this page or in this program is medical advice. What you get here is coaching: suggestions based on my own training experience, the research I've studied, and the system I built and run on myself. It is experimental by design that is what a beta is.
Talk to your doctor before you start, especially if you have any medical condition or injury, take medication, or haven't trained in a while. You are responsible for your own body and your own decisions. You can stop at any time, for any reason, no explanation needed.
If you're accepted, you'll sign a short participation agreement and liability waiver before we begin. Your data stays private and is used only to coach you and to improve the program; nothing gets shared publicly without your written OK.
Takes about five minutes. Be honest the application is the first data point.
Here's what happens now:
In the meantime: start paying attention to how you sleep and what you eat this week. That's the first data.
